慈隆社區藝文學苑於108年10月成立，旨在提供社區居民終身學習的機會，以讓他們自我成長，展現才藝，提升自信，創造更豐富多彩的人生！Founded in October, 2019, the Tzulong Community Art and Culture Learning Center aims at providing the people in the community a lifelong learning opportunity, so that they can self-grow, show their talents, increase their confidence, and lead a more richly colorful life.
