The Bodhi Sweet Dew

The Bodhi Sweet Dew

When the thought form arises, the Buddhas don’t.

When the thought form disappears, the Buddhas don’t.

The Buddha of self-nature neither arises nor disappears.

The Buddha of response arises or disappears according to timely necessities.

The Buddha of Dharma nature lights up the universe with the Buddha radiance.

Amitabha Buddha always manifests His self-nature.

Countless Buddhas have confirmed the supreme Bodhi and have made boundless vows when taking the Bodhi actions.  Sakyamuni Buddha, in order to rescue the living beings in the chaotic world, made broad vows that are the fundamental boundless ones.  Amitabha Buddha, in order to lead the sentient beings to attain Buddhahood soon, made a sea of vows based on His 48 ones.

Each Buddha has limitless vows, all of which should be cultivated by us until repletion.  We should vow to cultivate by means of absorbing all kinds of goodness with repletion.  We should regard the Buddhas’ vows as our own, and the Buddhas’ conducts as ours.  Let’s cultivate the endless wondrous virtues to perfect the supreme Buddha Path.
