Delusion and Affliction

Delusion and Affliction
All sufferings are like a dream. The deluded ones live an illusory and painful life. Although all dharmas are unreal, creating karmas cannot be tolerated.
In the Six-Path Samsara, we are surrounded by complicated sufferings and vexations that are burning unusually and fiercely. In such a perilous situation, we have to be undaunted and take courage to observe and counteract by using the wisdom of the Buddhist Dharma.
Under such severe afflictions and sufferings, very few people can be moistened by the sweet dew of the Buddhist Dharma. Modern people possess very little happiness because they have irresolute and empty souls.
The three calamities and eight ordeals are created by the deluded mind. All phenomena will disappear if a thought does not arise. When the compassion and wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas start to function, countless calamities and obstacles become illusory.
People have to establish correct views in life. Only by severing the evil thoughts arising from within the heart can people possess the good affinity force to nurture blessings. To give more good thoughts to people and matters may help increase one’s blessings and wisdom so that he can stay away from afflictions and delusions.
