Flowing at Great Speed and Settling Down
如水競流、各不相知;
如風普拂、無心留礙;
如日暄照、不撿淨穢;
如鳥行空、無有痕跡;
如堆五穀、各自靜住;
如雲浮空、聚散無定;
如海龍魚、悠然自適。
人生的修行過程，須用智慧來看世間的一切。善用本身所擁有一顆善良的心，來成就美好自性，展現寬容心，坦然承接無法改變的事實。
修行、生活、事業，共同共事，就是寬容、和諧，容納人與人之問的語言、行為……種種批評中傷。
須忍得住困苦的磨練，須放得下挽留不了的情懷，在修行、生活道上，想去找一個像太陽一樣的人，幫你晒晒所有不值得一提的迷茫。

Flowing at Great Speed and Settling Down
(Cultivation is)
Like racing currents that do not know each other.
Like the breeze that universally swishes and has no intention to stay and hinder.
Like the sun that shines universally and gathers neither purity nor dirt.
Like the birds flying in the skies and leaving no trace.
Like piling the five crops that remain still individually.
Like the clouds that float in the skies and meet and part irregularly.
Like the dragon and fish that swim leisurely and comfortably in the ocean.
During the cultivation, one should see everything in the world with wisdom. Also he should make good use of his kind heart to achieve the good self-nature, manifest tolerance, and calmly accept the facts that cannot be changed.
When we work with others during the cultivation, life, or undertaking, what we need is tolerance and harmony to accept language, behavior, and various kinds of criticism and slander.
We have to tolerate the painful training and let go of the feelings that cannot be retrieved. In cultivation or in life, try to find a person who is like the sun that can dry all of your worthless losses.
